Utah Road Trip: Itinerary

Hola amigos! This weekend I’m heading on an adventure to canyonland country aka Southern Utah! Here’s my exciting itinerary for the week.

Day 1:

Fly Thunder Bay – Toronto – Vegas with WestJet
Spend night in Vegas @ America’s Best Value Inn

Day 2:

WestJet employees get an amazing deal with Papillion Helicoptor Tours (standby only) so we’re hoping to catch a ride in the early morning if possible so we could see the Grand Canyon via helicopter (and die from happiness and cross that off our bucket lists)

We will then be driving to Page, AZ to do both the Horseshoe Bend Hike & Antelope Canyon. It will be a busy first day before resting our eyes back in Kanab at our airbnb but it will be welllllllll worth it!

Spend night in Kanab @ airbnb

Day 3:

Time to explore Zion National Park!!!! I’ve heard only amazing things about this national park – if you’ve been and know of a specific hike we should do please recommend!

Spend night in Kanab @ airbnb

Day 4:

We’ll be saying goodbye to Kanab and heading to Moab. Before arriving in Moab though we’ll be spending the day exploring Bryce National Park.

Spend night in Moab @ Kokopelli Lodge

Day 5:

Today we’ll be exploring arches national park and hoping for a clear night sky so we can see the breathtaking night sky in the desert.

Spend night in Moab @ Kokopelli Lodge

Day 6:

Hike Canyonlands National Park then drive to Colorado to stay at this ADORABLE hot springs campground, or more accurately “glampground.” This hot springs resort has refurbished wagons at each campsite – we’re soo excited to relax in the hot springs with the Rocky Mountains in the distance.
